Terms of Service

These terms apply to all Sentien Labs LLC products and services, including Stalled Roles. By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Stalled Roles delivers verified leads about public job listings that appear to remain open after a defined stale window. Each lead includes the company name, role title, source URL, posted date or first-seen basis, days open, evidence snippet, vertical tag, and a recruiter outreach angle.

We source from public ATS pages and similar public sources. We do not scrape behind logins, bypass anti-bot systems, or use private APIs. We do not represent the hiring companies and do not coordinate with their talent teams.

Service scope, fees, billing cadence, and deliverables are defined in the applicable order form, checkout flow, statement of work, or written email confirmation for the specific product or engagement.

Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, payments are processed by Stripe. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

If any paid lead has a dead URL or the role is not live at delivery time, we replace it free, same day. To request a replacement, email us with the lead in question within 14 days of delivery.

That is the entire guarantee. We do not guarantee placements, candidate introductions, commissions, response rates, or any specific outcome from the leads we deliver.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.

One-time pilots and fixed-scope projects are not refundable once delivered, but we honor the replacement guarantee for individual leads that fail verification.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or republish the leads we deliver.
• Use our service for any unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresent the source of the leads (e.g., presenting them as your own research).
• Use the leads to harass, deceive, or violate the rights of the companies or individuals involved.

The leads we deliver are licensed for your internal use in your recruiting operations. They are not licensed for resale or republication.

We make best efforts to verify every paid lead before delivery, including content-based live checks within 24 hours of delivery. However:

• A small fraction of stalled listings may be neglected rather than actively recruited. The replacement guarantee covers these cases.
• We do not have insight into a company's internal hiring intent, budget, or timeline.
• We do not guarantee that any company will respond to your outreach or engage with you as a recruiter.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost commissions, lost placements, or business opportunities.

We may refuse or terminate service to any customer for any reason, including violation of these terms or non-payment. You may cancel at any time per the cancellation policy above.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [STATE].

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
