Privacy Policy

Sentien Labs LLC ("Sentien Labs," "we," "our") operates sentienlabs.io and its sub-products, including Stalled Roles, VerdictSwarm, and our consulting practice. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

We collect three categories of information:

• Customer information. Email address, name, payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see card numbers), and any information you voluntarily share in messages to us.
• Publicly available business data. For Stalled Roles, we collect information about job listings and recruiters from public sources: ATS job boards, company career pages, public professional profiles, and business directories. We do not scrape behind logins or use private APIs.
• Service usage. Basic server logs (timestamps, IP addresses for security and abuse prevention) when you visit our website.

• To deliver products and services you have purchased.
• To communicate with customers and prospective customers about our services.
• To send compliant business outreach about Stalled Roles to recruiters.
• To improve our products and respond to support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, fraud prevention).

We retain customer records for as long as you are a customer, plus seven years for legal and tax purposes. Outreach contact lists for Stalled Roles are reviewed quarterly; recipients who have asked to be removed are kept on a suppression list indefinitely so we do not contact them again.

We share information only as needed to run the business:

• Payment processing: Stripe handles all card transactions. They have their own privacy practices.
• Email delivery: Google Workspace and Resend transmit our messages to you.
• Hosting: Our website is hosted on third-party infrastructure.
• Legal requests: If we receive a valid legal request, we may be required to disclose information.

We do not sell customer information, ever. We do not resell the Stalled Roles lead data we deliver to you — that is your data once delivered.

We do not use cookies or third-party analytics tracking on the Stalled Roles page or this privacy page. On the main Sentien Labs site, we may log basic first-party outbound click events such as destination URL, page path, event label, and timestamp so we can understand which products, repos, and media links visitors use. These events do not set cookies.

You can email us at any time to:

• See what data we have about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Unsubscribe from any business communications.

For Stalled Roles outreach: every cold email includes a one-line opt-out instruction. Replying "unsubscribe" removes you from our outreach list and adds you to a permanent suppression list. You can also email stalledroles@sentienlabs.io directly.

Sentien Labs LLC is a US-based company. We currently do not solicit recipients in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom for Stalled Roles outreach. If you believe you have received unsolicited contact from us and are based in the EU or UK, email us and we will remove you immediately.

We will update this page if our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
