What does “stalled” mean?
A role is stalled if its public listing has been continuously available for 60+ days, and the page does not show closed-role markers at the time we verify. We disclose the basis for each lead — source posting date where available, or our own first-seen date with the appropriate caveat.
Where does the data come from?
Public ATS pages — Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, and similar — accessed at low request rates. We do not scrape behind logins, bypass anti-bot systems, or use private APIs. We do not buy or resell paid databases.
How fresh is the data?
Every paid lead is content-verified live within 24 hours of delivery. If the role closes between scrape and delivery, we exclude it and substitute or refund.
Why focus on ML and AI engineering?
These roles stay open longer than most. Specialist scarcity is real, and a 90+ day-open ML Infra role represents a hiring need unusually likely to be solved by a specialist recruiter rather than an internal pipeline.
