Open source · Creator research

Find creator markets where demand may be stronger than supply.

YouTube Niche Finder is an open-source research engine for identifying high-demand, low-supply creator opportunities using a reproducible scoring workflow and inspectable evidence.

Public beta 0.1.0 · Released June 24, 2026.

Question

Which YouTube niches show audience demand without an equally mature supply of useful channels?

Method

Collect comparable signals, score opportunities consistently, and keep the reasoning inspectable.

Audience

Creators, researchers, and builders who want a starting hypothesis—not a guaranteed channel outcome.

Public-beta boundary

A research aid, not a demand guarantee

The engine helps compare candidate niches and preserve why one ranked above another. It cannot guarantee views, revenue, audience fit, or creator execution.

Data sources can be unavailable or rate-limited, and external market signals can change. Reports should make missing evidence visible rather than silently converting it into a confident score.

The offline demo provides a quick way to inspect the output format before configuring broader data access.

Contribute

Domain evaluation makes the model more useful

The highest-value contribution is testing a niche you understand and explaining where the ranking matches or misses reality. The repository also includes focused issues for sample reports, relevance tests, and external metrics fixtures.
